More subscribers = more future sales.
Step 2: Set Up Basic Email Flows

Flows are where the real money comes from.
These are automated emails that send based on what people do.
You set them up once…
and they keep making money for you.
Start with these:
- Welcome flow
- Abandoned cart flow
- Browse abandonment
- Post-purchase flow
These flows work in the background and capture revenue you would lose otherwise.
Step 3: Send Campaigns Every Week

Flows alone are not enough.
You also need to send email campaigns (newsletters).
A good starting point is:
👉 2–3 emails per week
What to send:
- offers
- product highlights
- education
- updates
Most brands don’t send enough emails.
And they lose sales because of it.
Step 4: Design Simple Emails That Convert

You don’t need crazy designs.
You just need:
- clean layout
- clear message
- strong offer
Focus on:
- one goal per email
- easy-to-read structure
- strong call to action

Step 5: Segment Your Audience

Not everyone on your list is the same.
Some people:
- just joined
- buy often
- haven’t opened emails in months
So don’t treat them the same.
Create simple segments like:
- Active subscribers (opened in last 30 days)
- Less active (90–180 days)
- VIP customers
- Repeat buyers
This helps you send:
👉 the right message to the right people
And increases your results.
Step 6: Use AI to Move Faster

You don’t need to do everything manually.

- coming up with ideas
- planning campaigns
